Energy Operations Manager - Gothenburg NE
SUMMARY
This position is responsible for leading the day-to-day energy team, including refined fuels, propane, and lubricants.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manage daily activities for bulk fuel and propane drivers.
Responsible for supervising energy drivers, technicians and service station managers.
Responsible for all bulk plants, retail facilities and equipment.
Coordinate and communicate with sales personnel to complete customer deliveries and department operations efficiently, and on time.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Preferred Requirements; bachelor’s degree and experience in energy operations or related business.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups or employees or organizations.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
TECHNOLOGY SKILLS
Ability to use the following Microsoft Office programs, Outlook, Excel, and Word. Must be able to learn and use the cooperatives software. Can also use the latest technology communications services email, texting, and smartphone operation.
